- We provide a Singapore Visa Agency Service (for tourism and business purposes) for foreign nationals living in or visiting Japan. Please check the "Immigration and Checkpoints Authority, Government of Singapore (ICA)" website to find out whether you need a Singapore visa based on your nationality and purpose of travel prior to coming to our office with all the required documents. (Weekdays 9:30-17:30. No appointment required.)

Applications Accepted
You can apply for a Singapore visa from 29 days before your intended arrival in Singapore including the day of your intended arrival.
Once we have all your visa documents, completed and correct, you can usually get your visa within 5 business days.
Some applications may take longer to process, so please leave yourself plenty of time to apply.
* The Singapore Visa Agency Service does not guarantee that a visa will be issued and we shall not be held responsible if your visa application is refused.
The visa processing fee (application fee plus service fee) is non-refundable regardless of whether or not a visa is issued.

The processing time will depend on the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority, Government of Singapore who will review the application and determine whether or not to issue a visa.
Entry Visa
Entry Visa for Foreign Nationals
*Japanese nationals are permitted to stay in Singapore without a visa for up 30 days for tourism, business, diplomatic or official purposes.
The number of entries (single/multiple) and the validity period of the visa shall be determined at the discretion of the ICA.
The period of stay permitted shall be determined at the discretion of the Immigration Officer upon arrival in Singapore.

Submit
Your Documents
If you are unable to come in person, a third party can come in on your behalf if she/he brings an Authorization Letter from you and some form of personal identification. We cannot accept applications sent by post.

* It usually takes about 5 business days from receiving your documents to get your visa.
Some applications may take longer to process depending on the review process.
Required Documents
1. Original Passport
Your passport should be valid for a period of at least 6 months from the date of entry into Singapore.
- If have ever entered Singapore with an old passport, you should also bring that passport with you and hand it in.
- We will make a copy of your passport at our office.
2. Residence Card
Original / Copy (both sides / monochrome accepted)
- Make sure the copy is clear.
- Make the copy A4 size.
3. One Application (Form 14A)
Use the most up-to-date Form 14A available from the ICA website. You cannot apply using an out-of-date form.
- Applications containing corrections will not be accepted.
- Your signature should match the signature used in your passport.
- Do not use erasable ink.

4. One ID Photo
- Size: W3.5cm× H4.5cm
- Image must show full face and shoulders and the face (from the top of the head to the chin) should measure between 3cm-3.5cm.
- Photograph must be in color
- Background: White only (There should be no shadows in the background.)
- Image must have been taken within the last 3 months (You cannot use the same photo as you used in a passport or residence card issued earlier than that.)
- Do not crop your photograph to fit inside the photo margins on the application (Form 14A)
- Your facial expression should be natural with eyes open.
- Your eyes should not be covered by bangs or glasses.
- If you wear glasses, there should be no reflections off the lenses.
- Snapshots and dark images will not be accepted and the image must be clear with no scratches or stains.
5. Copy of e-Ticket (Air Ticket)
Booking Confirmation in English issued by a Travel Agency or Airline Company
- If you are entering or leaving the country by any transport other than by plane, also attach an English version of your itinerary issued by a travel agency.
6. One Form V39A (Letter of Introduction) or a Written Statement of Reasons in English

Although it is not mandatory for visa applicants to submit a Form V39A or a LOI issued by their embassy when applying for a visa, we recommend that you submit a Form V39A or LOI with your visa application as the Embassy of Singapore may require a Form V39A or LOI as determined on a case by case basis.
For Tourism
- A "Form V39A (Letter of Introduction)" may be issued by a local sponsor (relative or friend) who must be either a citizen or permanent resident of Singapore and be at least 21 years of age.
- If you are unable to obtain a "LOI (Letter of Introduction)" from a local sponsor, please contact your embassy for assistance in having a LOI issued to support your visa application.
- If you are unable to obtain a V39A from a local sponsor or get support from your embassy, you will need to provide a Written Statement of Reasons in English (A4 size) written by you personally which contains the following information.
For Business
- A "Form V39A (Letter of introduction)" is not essential when applying for a visa, however, you should still check with your sponsor to see if she/he can provide you with one.
- If participating in business negotiations, etc., the local sponsor must be a corporation registered in Singapore. The representative of the corporation applying must be either a citizen or permanent resident of Singapore who is at least 21 years of age.
- If you are unable to obtain a LOI from a local sponsor, please contact your embassy for assistance in having a LOI issued to support your visa application.

7. Authorisation Letter
- If you ask a third party to submit your application on your behalf, you should also submit an Authorisation Letter together with the above documents.
- The person acting on your behalf named in the Authorisation Letter should bring an original ID (passport or driver's license) with him/her. We will make a copy of the ID at our office.
